Show up in search. Land in the inbox.

Your site can be perfect and still invisible. I fix the parts that decide whether people find you and whether your email reaches them: search setup, local listings, and the authentication records that keep your mail out of spam.

The problem

Most small business sites launch and stop there. No analytics, no Search Console, listings that disagree about your hours and address, and a domain that was never set up to send authenticated email.

None of it errors. Nothing warns you. You just quietly miss the customers who searched for you and the replies that went to junk.

How I fix it

I start with a real audit: live checks of your search presence, your listings, and your email setup, ranked by what actually costs you business.

Then I fix things in that order and verify each fix with data. I run this same work across my own portfolio of domains, so you get the checklist I trust my own businesses to.

Good for

Businesses nobody finds on Google

You do good work and your competitors show up first. Search foundations and a clean local presence change that.

Email that goes unanswered

Quotes and follow-ups that land in spam read as ignored. Authentication records put your mail back in the inbox.

Anyone moving platforms

New website, new email provider, new booking tool. Migrations are where search presence and deliverability quietly break.

How it runs

1

Audit

Live checks on your search presence, analytics, listings, and email authentication. You get a written report of what's broken, ranked by impact.

2

Fix

Analytics and Search Console wired, sitemaps and canonicals corrected, Google Business Profile and the listings that matter made consistent, and SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set on your sending domain.

3

Verify

Every fix gets checked against the real thing: pages indexed, listings live, test emails scored and hitting the inbox. You see the evidence for each one.

4

Watch

You get a short list of what to keep an eye on and how. If you want me to monitor it instead, that's available, and optional.

Common questions

Is this SEO?

It's the part of SEO that most small businesses are actually missing: technical foundations, local presence, and measurement. I don't sell content mills or backlink schemes. I make sure the plumbing works, and I show you the data that proves it.

Why does my email land in spam?

Usually because your domain is missing authentication records called SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Mail providers treat unauthenticated mail as suspicious, and it fails silently. Adding the right records is a small fix with a big effect.

Do I need a new website for this?

No. This work applies to the site you already have, on whatever platform it runs. If the audit turns up site problems worth fixing, I'll tell you, and you decide.

How long does it take?

The audit takes a few days. Most fixes land within one to two weeks, and some results show up fast. Search rankings build over months, which is why everything I set up is measurable from day one.

Is this a one-time project or ongoing?

The audit and fixes are a one-time project with a clear end. If you want ongoing monitoring afterward, we can set that up, but nothing requires a retainer.

Find out what's costing you customers.

The audit is free and specific to your business. You'll know what's broken whether or not you hire me to fix it.
